Kubly & Associates, Inc. was established in 1988 primarily
as a real estate development consultant specializing in design development, entitlement processing and construction management.
The initial projects were exclusively “Build-to-Suit” industrial facilities for clients that were manufacturers and
distributors. Over the years Kubly & Associates, Inc. has expanded it’s development and construction scope from simply industrial
projects to include office and retail projects, as well as hotel and residential projects.
